For as long as I can remember I’ve loved reading. I’m rarely without at least one book in hand, and I own far more books than I’ll ever be able to read. Does this stop me buying more? Of course not!
I love talking about books, and discovering new series and authors, and started this blog to share my thoughts on some of the things I’ve read. I also enjoy a good reading challenge or read-a-thon.
So, what do I like to read? Well, someone recently described my tastes as ‘eclectic’, and I guess that’s about right. I read all kinds of books, mostly fiction, although I think I’m probably missing out on a lot of great non-fiction so really must try to read more of that.
I’ve recently discovered a love of Fantasy as I like the escapism of reading, but I also enjoy a good post-apocalypse, or a slice of historical, an exciting thriller, or something thoroughly modern. Add an occasional horror and I think that’s about it.
You’ll probably find all manner of books featured on my blog.
