The 2015 Monthly Key Word Reading Challenge

Welcome to the 3rd Annual Monthly Key Word Reading Challenge!  This is a year-long challenge hosted by Bookmark To Blog.  You can find full rules and the sign up post here.

For this challenge six key words are associated with each month in 2015.  Your task is to read one book each month whose title includes one or more of the key words for that month.

January

This month I read two books to count towards the challenge.  I’m reading out of sequence at the moment, but it seems to be working, although documenting my progress has the potential to get very confusing.  Still, I read:

February

This month I’ve added three books towards this challenge:

Midnight Crossroad by Charlaine Harris counts in two categories – (March: Night) and (May: Road)

A Darker Shade of Magic by V. E. Schwab – (November:  Dark)

August

Nothing new to report.  My current total for this challenge is 10 books.

September

The Falcon Throne by Karen Miller – (January:  Bird)

October

Nothing new to report.  My current total remains at 11 books.

November

My total is 11 books

December

The Bazaar of Bad Dreams by Stephen King – (January:  Bad)  (April:  Dream)

My final challenge total is 12 books.
